CNA - Part Time

United Methodist Homes , a nonprofit senior living organization serving its -140-year mission to provide relationship-centered care, is currently seeking C.N.A.'s to work on our Wesley Village campus located in Shelton, CT in our Assisted Living Community: Crosby Commons . Hours Offered: Part Time hours: Every Other Weekend Day Shift & Every Other Weekend Friday & Saturday evening shift. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting residents with daily and periodic personal care needs.
• Providing nutrition and caring for needs of residents.
• Obtaining temperatures, pulses, respiration, blood pressures, heights, weights, and other unit specific routines.
• Contributing to effective communication with residents and other staff members.
• Other related tasks, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Current Connecticut C.N.A. license, in good standing.
• Genuine love and respect for seniors.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation.
• Willingness to undergo a complete background check, including physical and drug screen.
