Job Details
As our Quality Specialist you will be working in the field of quality and warranty management and in this role you will be innovating the way we do things to make On smarter, more agile and to continuously improve our products. You will be in a key role to manage product non-conformances and initiate and drive product improvements in collaboration with our R&D and Production Team in Zurich and mainly Asia. This role will be based at our Headquarters in Zurich.

Establishing and writing Standard Operating Procedures for new processes to ensure efficiency and clarity

Must be able to travel internationally (approx. 2-6 times)
Meet The Team
You will be part of the Quality Team based at our Headquarters in Zurich. We work closely as a global team and collaborate mainly with Production and Quality Assurance Teams in Asia and also our R&D Teams. You will as well be the interface for product quality related topics between other Teams such as Supply, Logistics / 3PL warehouses, Sales and Customer Service Teams.
