About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual to help elevate our Staking offering to new heights. In this role, you will take ownership of driving and coordinating technical projects centered around staking solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and the successful delivery of strategic new features. Your responsibilities will include designing and specifying innovative staking services, as well as continuously improving our existing systems. By gathering input from stakeholders and monitoring product performance, you will play a key role in shaping our roadmap. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of our digital asset services.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate technical projects for the staking across different teams and disciplines
• Design and specify staking solutions, including integration with staking services, and improve existing systems
• Stay curious and collect, manage, and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases; monitor, report, and improve product performance based on trials, MVPs, and customer feedback
• Assess pricing and revenue potential, and develop and deliver go-to-market launch plans with ownership
• Write and maintain easy-to-understand technical (and client-facing) documentation and oversee demos, workshops, and training sessions with clients
• Collaborate with Marketing, providing materials and documentation based on the product vision and roadmap; promote the products to sales teams through training, webinars, newsletters, and other channels

Requirements

• An individual with drive, curiosity, and strong ethics who can bring energy and integrity to our fast-paced team
• Proven experience in delivering staking solutions
• Excellent understanding of, and experience with, blockchain, staking, wallet infrastructure, smart contracts, and the "crypto space" at large
• A passion for continuous learning and curiosity about industry trends and best practices, especially in staking solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical and economic structures
• The ability to work under tight deadlines with professionalism and integrity
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus
• Previous work experience in finance or fintech is a plus
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland
