You have a first CRM, retail and / or data client experience.

You are an expert on Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud. Jira and Confluence are a bonus.

You have a clear understanding of business / clients and technical environment.

Proactive, you are problem solving and project oriented.

You have strong analytical skills.

You have excellent communication skills; you are able to collaborate with different stakeholders.

You speak english very well.

What are our expectations?

Reporting to the Client Database Manager, you will be in charge of maintaining, enhancing and developing the Maison Client Database in the Salesforce ecosystem.

In this function, you will :

• Manage Salesforce Database maintenance to ensure and monitor Client data accuracy and relevancy.
• Participate to the deployment and enhancement of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud : track business needs, asses feasibility, challenge design choices, prioritize features, tests, presentations and trainings
• Follow-up your different projects and communicate your actions and analyses to diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and security in all the projects steps.
• Enhance the Customer Relations Center Salesforce environment in order to align the data strategy with online retail strategy.
