Job Description

Contexte du poste Within the framework of the modernization of its information system dedicated to energy trading, our client is looking for a Technical Analyst specialized in ETRM platforms. You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the technical components of the platform, as well as their integration into the existing IT ecosystem. You will contribute to ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of the solutions supporting trading, risk management, and settlement processes.

Responsibilities

Development and integration

• Develop new functionalities and customize the ETRM platform using editor APIs and internal frameworks.
• Design and develop application components in C#, .NET, and Python.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces with Angular, KendoUI, and AG Grid.
• Design and maintain interfaces between the ETRM platform and peripheral systems: EDM, Risk Engines, Scheduling, Settlement, and Finance.
• Ensure data integrity and real-time flow performance.

Tests and deployment

• Prepare and execute unit, integration, and non-regression tests.
• Participate in UAT phases and performance tests.
• Manage deployments to different environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, especially complex valuation and P&L calculations.

Support and collaboration

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and technical editor teams.
• Translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Provide level 3 (L3) support for critical incidents.
• Participate in root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrections.
• Document developments and technical evolutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of development experience in trading or financial environments.
• Imperative mastery of Orchestrade.
• Excellent command of C#, .NET Core, and Python.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and Open APIs.
• Experience with Docker and mastery of Kubernetes (OpenShift is a plus).
• Knowledge of Angular, KendoUI, and AG Grid.
• Experience with AWS and On-Premise environments.
• Good understanding of energy trading processes, Risk Management, and P&L.
• Mastery of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum.
• Higher education in computer science or engineering.
• Fluent English, French appreciated.
