You will join the Family Advisory team within Wealth Solutions, helping international, multigenerational families develop their human capital to support their long-term strategy. Our Family Human Capital offering supports family members in developing the knowledge, judgement and practical skills needed for their future ownership, governance and leadership responsibilities.

Your role

Shaping and developing our Family Human Capital offering

  • Defining and developing the offering’s scope, approach and standards, drawing on client insights and relevant developments in human capital and learning.
  • Building the capabilities required to deliver distinctive, high-quality solutions to meet different client needs.

Advising clients and designing tailored development programmes

  • Working with Family Advisory colleagues to understand clients’ objectives and identify individual and collective development priorities.
  • Designing bespoke development journeys that combine relevant expertise, engaging learning formats and practical experiences, tailored to family members’ aspirations and responsibilities.

Overseeing delivery and assessing impact

  • Mobilising and coordinating internal experts, external specialists and institutional partners to ensure effective programme delivery.
  • Evaluating development outcomes and using the insights gained to refine our offering.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in client-facing consulting and advisory work, ideally at a leading management consulting firm or specialist consultancy, including the design and delivery of bespoke leadership, talent or capability development programmes for external clients.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with ultra-high-net-worth families, with a strong understanding of their expectations.
  • Ability to assess development needs and translate complex challenges into tailored, practical and effective learning experiences.
  • Strong expertise in programme design and experiential learning, with a sound understanding of adult learning principles, human behaviour and motivation.
  • Familiarity with assessment and development tools and innovative approaches to learning and capacity building.
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, combined with creativity, pragmatism and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong advisory and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and engage diverse, international and multigenerational audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
  • Relevant university degree, ideally in psychology, education, behavioural sciences, organisational development, business or a related discipline.
  • Discretion, sound professional judgement and high ethical standards, aligned with Pictet’s values and partnership culture.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage.
  • Experience with family businesses, family offices, private banking or family governance is an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
