Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (50%)

Your role at Fineleads

You will drive outbound outreach as a Cold Caller and Appointment Setter based in Winterthur. Operating on a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, your core responsibility is initiating phone contact with prospective clients to generate qualified business appointments.

• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, or appointment setting

• Resilience and persistence when handling phone calls

• Reliable presence at our on-site office in Winterthur

Your first months at Fineleads

During your two-month probation period, you will take on active calling campaigns and establish a steady routine of booking meetings.
