Compliance Project Manager / Business Analyst

Location: Zurich
Start date: As soon as possible - 01.12.2026
Duration: until 31.03.2027 - with possibility of extension
Responsabilities:
- Lead project activities in the area of AI Governance
- Manage the entire project life cycle, from planning and scoping through to go-live
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Track implementation progress and coordinate testing activities
- Define and measure success criteria after go-live
- Identify, assess and mitigate project and compliance risks
- Engage and align stakeholders across business, compliance and technology teams
Your Profile:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project delivery, ideally in a compliance or regulatory environment
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations
- Familiarity with AI regulations, data management and risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data science and/or machine learning concepts
- Hands-on experience implementing AI use cases and managing AI projects
