pThe HR Compensation Benefits and Payroll Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of compensation, benefits and wellness programs across EMEA and aligned to our growth strategy.br/The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities is essential in this position. This position also requires a considerable level of initiative and significant attention to detail. /p h3Your role: /h3 pAs HR Compensation Benefits and Payroll Specialist, you will: /p ul liSupport the development of a consistent rewards philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives /li liContribute to the preparation of candidate salary and benefits packages and assess internal and external pay equity /li liAssist with the global Annual Salary Review /li liContribute to the development of ELCA’s benefits policy and offering and to the design and implementation of EMEA benefits and wellness initiatives /li liSupport end-to-end Swiss payroll and related administration, including employee changes, absences, year-end processing, social security, insurance, pension fund and tax-at-source administration, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation /li liSupport payroll-related authority audits, other Group audits and prepare HR reports /li liConsolidate Swiss and nearshore compensation and personnel data to produce HR reports, scorecards, executive analyses and Group-aligned KPIs /li liContribute to the development, testing and continuous improvement of HRIS and internal HR tools, including the Annual Salary Review tool /li liMonitor emerging compensation, benefits and payroll trends, issues and best practices /li liParticipate in various HR projects, including compensation, payroll and HR process improvement /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 ul liA welcoming environment and a motivated and friendly team /li liInteresting and varied work /li liA flat hierarchy and cross-sector collaboration /li liWork at one of the leading Swiss IT service providers /li /ul h3Your profile: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent education in HR (or a related field), possession of HR Brevet federal is a strong advantage /li liAt least 8 years of relevant work experience /li liPrevious experience in a Swiss compensation and benefits role is a must, additional experience in other European countries is a strong plus /li liFamiliar with different HRIS and preferably with implementation experience /li liStrong experience with compensation analysis and compensation payments /li liStrong knowledge of different types of incentives and benefits /li liWell-organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player /li liStrong quantitative and analytical skills /li liAbility to lead projects in a matrix environment /li liWork experience in an international environment is a plus /li liYou have excellent communication skills in French and English, German is a plus /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
