Senior Onboarding and Compliance specialist - Try&Hire

For our client, an asset management company, located in Geneva, we are currently looking for a Senior Onboarding and Compliance specialist . Manage and coordinate client ( institutional) onboarding processes in compliance with regulatory requirements. Verify and validate client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation is filed for auditing purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding-related issues efficiently. Monitor and update client information within internal systems. Support the implementation of any process improvements related to onboarding activities. Ensure adherence to banking and financial services policies and procedures. Provide regular updates and reports to relevant stakeholders on onboarding progress. Asset Management Company Versatile and autonomous role A strong understanding of banking and financial services operations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in managing client documentation and regulatory processes. Detail-oriented skills with the ability to ensure accuracy in onboarding activities. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders. Fluency in English and in French.
