To strengthen our team at our Bedano location, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d) who combines excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in the transport and logistics industry.

In this role, you will be an important point of contact for our customers, supporting them throughout the shipment process and ensuring that their needs are handled efficiently and professionally. Working closely with our internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to smooth transport operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and address their needs by providing accurate and timely information about our services.
• Support shipment management from initial handling through to final delivery, ensuring that any issues are identified and resolved efficiently.
• Assist with the planning, organisation and management of groupage shipments.
• Support the preparation, organisation and verification of shipping documentation.
• Contribute to the preparation of loading plans and the identification of the most suitable transport solutions.
• Coordinate and liaise with Business Unit counterparts within the Raben Group, carriers, customers and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Your profile

• You have completed secondary education or hold a university degree. Specialised training in logistics and transport will be considered an advantage.
• You have a good command of English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
• You have a strong interest in the transport and logistics industry and are motivated to develop your knowledge in this field.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You work in a structured, organised and reliable manner, with a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• You are service-oriented, solution-focused and able to maintain a professional approach when dealing with customers and business partners.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating with different departments and international partners.
