Senior IT Recruiter, French speaking, Remote Europe

Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking to hire an experienced IT Recruitment Associate French & English speaking, to work remote in Europe and to support our growing needs and our team. Immediate start for the right person.

Avanda, www.avandagroup.com, is an IT Professional Services Consultancy. From our different locations (Zurich, Geneva, Paris) we provide IT/Digital & Business resources to our large multinational clients in Europe for Banking/Insurance, Life Science and Retail.

Work together with managers and managing director to deliver on our existing projects and growing customer base, and find the best ways to retain existing and acquire new customers (French, UK/US, Spanish markets)

Develop, write, or adjust client’s job descriptions

Utilize various channels to identify, source, and engage best talents for various client’s positions

Support whole recruitment circle from sourcing, to interviewing candidates, managing job postings and screening applicants, salary negotiation

Build relationship with clients, by supporting their needs on day-to-day basis

Report to managing director

Requirements

Degree level educated, Bachelor / Master

At least 2 years solid of experience on a similar position working within IT Recruitment Businesses or IT Professional Services with experience in recruiting for contract and permanent positions.

Excellent communication skills, French & Englis required. Excellent Boolean skills.

You must possess a can-do attitude, with an ability to demonstrate a personal track record of hitting targets and delivering successful and profitable results as an experienced Recruitment Consultant

In addition to above requirements, you need to be self-organized, and show great enthusiasm and confidence to communicate with higher management at all levels, with excellent work ethic
