The Partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions, as well as family office services. /p pPictet Wealth Management is seeking to strengthen its Geneva-based Strategy team with a highly motivated Project Manager on a 24-month fixed-term contract. /p pReporting to the CFO of Pictet Wealth Management, the PWM Strategy team is instrumental in achieving our strategic priorities and financial targets. As part of this high-performing team, you will support our senior management by providing business and financial insights and contributing to the planning, monitoring and implementation of strategic initiatives. /p pWorking across Strategy, Finance, Analytics and wider business teams, you will help drive strategic planning, performance monitoring and transformation projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to PWM's priorities and long-term growth objectives in a dynamic and demanding environment. /p h3Your role /h3 ul liSupporting the team head and other team members in their roles and responsibilities /li liHelping the team prepare and steer PWM’s strategic-planning and annual budget/target processes /li liPreparing updates for our managerial committees on our commercial and financial results /li liSupporting the articulation of strategic priorities and breaking them down into initiatives and projects, while monitoring progress and successful completion /li liCarrying out ad hoc financial analyses as requested by the ExBo or the Group Executive Committee /li liProducing regular reports, supporting quarterly financial forecasting for all zones and helping to identify concrete actions to ensure targets are reached /liliImproving tools and processes, notably through close collaboration with PWM Pricing and PWM Finance Analytics /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liMaster’s degree or equivalent /li liTwo years’ experience in a similar role in financial services or with a consulting firm (strategy consulting or corporate finance) /li liIn-depth knowledge of and interest in the wealth management industry /li liExcellent analytical skills, an ownership mindset, at ease with numbers and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders /li liProactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a demanding environment /li liStrong team player with a collaborative and constructive approach /li liAdvanced presentation skills (PowerPoint) and proficiency in analytical tools /li liFluent in French and English /li liMust be resident in Switzerland /li /ul pRef: PM/SN/TJ /p h3Note /h3 pWe will not accept any CVs via agencies /p h3Diversity Inclusion /h3 pPictet is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
