Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join a dynamic technical environment and contribute to the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence to streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions, from initial prototyping to production.

• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.

• Integrate AI capabilities into existing business applications, engineering tools, and development environments.

• Provide technical expertise and support cross-functional teams in selecting and adopting appropriate AI technologies.

• Ensure the reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability of AI solutions.

• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI, or Machine Learning.

• Strong technical expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and Machine Learning.

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying production-ready AI solutions.

• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, system integration, and modern development practices.

• Sound knowledge of data security, privacy, and confidentiality standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Fluent English essential; proficiency in French is highly valued, while German is an asset.
