HR Generalist (50%)

INUIKII is a dynamic international footwear brand known for combining distinctive design with comfort, quality, and functionality. To support our growing team, we are looking for an HR professional.

Tasks

• Managing the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding

• First point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters

• Preparing and submitting monthly payroll changes to our external payroll provider and reviewing payslips

• Point of contact for social insurances and insurers (AHV, BVG, UVG, KTG), including employee registrations and deregistrations

• Drafting employment contracts, reference letters, confirmations and internal regulation

• Absence and case management, coordination with insurers

• Further developing HR processes, policies and tools in a growing company

Requirements

• Completed HR qualification (e.g. Swiss Federal Diploma in HR) or equivalent

• Several years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in an SME or scale-up

• Solid knowledge of Swiss employment and social insurance law

• Experience working with external payroll providers is an advantage

• Independent, structured and hands-on working style

• Discretion, empathy and a calm approach in sensitive situations

• Excellent German and good English
