Your key responsibilities will include: /pulliEnter, review, and monitor supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. /liliSupport the preparation of supplier payments and monitor payment due dates to optimize cash flow management. /liliManage employee expense claims, including verification, approval, and integration into the accounting system. /liliEnsure accurate accounting allocation of supplier invoices and expense claims within the ERP system. /liliParticipate in accounts payable reconciliations and related control activities. /liliAssist with month-end and year-end closing processes. /liliEnsure compliance with internal control requirements and accounting procedures. /liliSupport the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and workflows. /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment-related queries. /liliProvide administrative and accounting support to the Finance team as required. /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulli2 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an industrial environment. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. /liliExperience with an ERP system would be an advantage. /liliBasic knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS accounting standards. /liliFluent in French with a good command of English, both written and spoken. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
