h3Job Description /h3 pThe bProduct and Client Solutions (PACS) /b team acts as a key linkage between the private markets investment management teams and relationship managers in driving LGT CP’s fundraises and customized client solutions. The role’s responsibilities include defining go‑to‑market strategies, supporting fundraising with high‑quality materials and in‑depth analyses, and collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders. /p pWe are seeking a highly motivated, ideally Dutch speaking, professional to join our team at our office in Pfäffikon SZ, near Zurich in Switzerland, predominantly focusing on private markets semi‑liquid (evergreen) funds. /p pAs a Product Client Solutions Specialist, you will act as the product expert and contribute to the successful fundraising, positioning, and lifecycle management of our private markets evergreen strategies. You will create compelling product materials, deliver insightful analyses, and support product development and client interactions, while ensuring consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders. /p pYour primary responsibilities as a Product Client Solutions Specialist include: /p ulliActing as specialist for private markets strategies, with a focus on evergreen products; /liliSupporting ongoing fundraising initiatives by creating engaging content and developing high‑quality product presentations, factsheets, due diligence questionnaires and other marketing materials; /liliResponding to ad‑hoc requests from clients, prospect clients and relationship managers; /liliPreparing detailed analyses of the fund, examining the portfolio, underlying investments, performance drivers and investor base; /liliConducting ongoing market monitoring of private markets evergreen funds, including market research, competitive landscape reviews and quantitative analysis; /liliConverting portfolio data into clear, client‑friendly summaries and presentations; evaluate portfolio‑ and investment‑level data and translate it into insightful client‑focused analyses; /liliContributing to the development of product strategies and drive product enhancements and improvements over the product lifecycle; /liliWorking closely with investment management, investment controlling, structuring, communications and compliance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistent communication across all deliverables. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ulliMaster degree in business, economics, finance, or similar subject; /lili2-3 years of experience in private markets, consulting, strategy, investment banking, or product management roles; /liliStrong experience in preparing compelling presentations and other materials for clients; /liliHigh attention to detail and accuracy; detailed experience with MS Office applications, particularly Powerpoint and Excel; /liliStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment; /liliExcellent English writing and communication skills; Dutch proficiency is an advantage; /liliSelf-starter personality, highly motivated with an international mindset. /li /ul h3What you can expect /h3 ulliWe provide modern working conditions, including work‑from‑home options, flexible hours and a home office allowance to ensure staff members have a work environment equipped with the latest technology; /liliA diverse culture founded on mutual respect, teamwork and appreciation awaits you at LGT Capital Partners.
