Senior Business Systems Analyst - IT / Finance in Lausanne

Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specialised in executive and middle management positions within the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is currently looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - IT / Finance. (m/w/d) in Lausanne.

As a recruitment and training consultancy, we work with a wide range of companies across the luxury, premium and high-premium sectors throughout Europe. We operate from strategically located offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Berlin.

YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST:

• Provide Tier 2 / 3 support for Oracle Financials across EMEA and globally.
• Work with Finance stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business processes into Oracle ERP solutions.
• Lead workshops, perform fit-gap analyses and recommend process improvements.
• Support solution design and functional configuration across modules including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Incentive Compensation, Cost Management and FP&A.
• Define and document Finance structures such as Chart of Accounts, Ledgers, Legal Entities, Business Units and Intercompany rules.
• Own the functional lifecycle from design through testing, training, cutover and stabilisation.
• Create functional documentation, process flows, test scenarios and training materials.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, reporting and third-party systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimise Finance processes across EMEA.

REQUIREMENTS AS A SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis within Finance & Accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP / IFRS and financial processes.
• Solid experience with Oracle ERP Financials.
• Experience with tools such as Hyperion, OneStream, Power BI, OBIEE or OTBI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both Finance and IT stakeholders.
• SQL experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with global Finance operations and consolidations is a plus.
• Supply Chain / Distribution experience and Oracle TCA, Treasury, Incentive Compensation or Revenue Management knowledge are advantageous.
