Are you on board – and ready to be part of our dynamic, sustainable growth? /h3 pWhat you'll be doing /p ul liTake ownership of varied administrative tasks relating to business partners, reinsurance contracts and renewal submission data /li liSupport our underwriters in nurturing existing partnerships and helping develop new business relationships /li liPrepare insightful figures and analyses that contribute to well-founded decisions on reinsurance contracts /li liCreate and maintain meaningful reports that support portfolio management and effective control /li liCommunicate professionally with internal stakeholders as well as external clients and brokers /li liCollaborate closely with colleagues across underwriting, actuarial and accounting teams within reinsurance /li /ul pWhat you'll bring to the role /p ul liA higher education background combined with relevant experience in the insurance or reinsurance environment /li liA strong sense of commitment, curiosity and willingness to learn, paired with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills /li liA proactive, independent and well-structured working style /li liConfidence in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel /li liResilience and the ability to stay focused and organized during busy periods, especially renewal season /li liExcellent written and spoken English skills; German and any additional languages are a plus /li /ul pContact /p pRecruiting Partner /p pCollaboration that makes a difference /p pWe believe in genuine collaboration, mutual trust and people who are willing to take responsibility.
