The successful candidate will join our Financial Shared Services Team to ensure the accurate and timely execution of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and local accounting principles. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 pAccounts Payable: /p ul liProcess checks requests and expense reports on a regular basis. /li liReview, code, and process vendor invoices accurately. /li liPerform monthly reconciliations /li liMaintain many vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures /li liPerform data entry associated with accounts payable /li liReview and reconcile invoice discrepancies /li liAddress and respond to vendor inquiries /li /ul pAccounts Receivable: /p ul liProcess accounts receivable transactions /li liContinuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements /li liHandle sensitive information in a confidential manner /li liProvide support for internal and external audits /li liPrepare cash receipts for processing /li liPerform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner /li liManage collection efforts and associated functions /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul li4-5 years of working experience bin or with Saudi Arabia /b accounts payable and receivables /li liProficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills, copilot approach required /li liStrong time management and organizational skills /li liKnowledge of local accounting principles /li liHigh degree of attention to detail /li liAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks /li liStrong analytic abilities /li liKnowledge of SAP4HANA and SAP /li libFluent in Arab and English writing and speaking required /b /li /ul pThe FendiMaison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925.
