Private Banking Relationship & Operations Analyst

You will be giving support on service tasks in a well-organized and timely way, learning about the needs of the bankers and the clients. You will be doing of the following tasks:brulliCustomer service, helping on: /liliProvide administrative support in opening banking relationships, including dealing with Legal Compliance matters /liliMonitoring progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-up /liliChecking balance positions, loans, transfers, etc. /liliAddressing request for payment instructions /liliProcess applications and inquiries related to Credit/Debit Cards /liliOperations and Back Office, supporting on: /liliEnsure close collaboration with various departments including Onboarding, Legal Compliance, Credit, Payments and back office. /liliMonitoring and verifying that all the transactions requested have been completed/processed by the operations department. /liliFX transactions and wire transfers management /liliNew accounts and Updates /liliPrepare documentation and assistance to Bankers and other members of Front Office Team.br/li /ulstrongProfilebr/strongulliFormal Academic Education: i.e. bachelor’s degree /lili1-4 years of relevant experience in financial and banking industry in the following fields: customer service, operations, compliance, back office, dealing with internal and external clients, preparation of reports and customer visits. /liliStrong technical knowledge in Banking, Business Administration and Finance /liliSoftware: good use of Office tools. /liliGood planning and organizational skills/problem-solving approach. /liliDynamic, pro-active, and capable of completing tasks in an independent manner. /liliAdaptable, personable team player with “can-do” attitude and great interpersonal skills. /liliTeamwork and team spirit focused. /liliEager to learn.br/li /ulstrongLanguagesbr/strongulliLanguages: Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken). /liliFrench and Spanish will be highly valued.br/li /ulstrongRequirementsbr/strongulliEligible to work in Switzerland. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
