For our client based in Eysins, we are currently looking for a Digital Traceability Project Manager until the end of 2028.
Your role:
Act as the project manager and delivery counterpart for Track & Trace related initiatives, with a focus on IT applications that support GS1 standards and regulatory requirements.
Drive the delivery schedules, ensure milestones and go/no-go criteria are met, and proactively identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Supply Network Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Distribution, and external vendors/integrators.
Coordinate validation and testing cycles (computer system validation) and support the change control processes.
Maintain validation documentation and supporting evidence to ensure application compliance and readiness for internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear IT specifications while ensuring systems adapt to evolving digital and regulatory standards.
Who you are:
Higher education or university degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline (or business administration with strong IT project experience).
Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical Track & Trace, GS1 standards, digital link and ePI with understanding of packaging operations processes
Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally in a regulated industry such as pharma, life sciences, or medtech.
Demonstrated experience in software delivery lifecycle (requirements gathering, IT architecture, validation, testing, and release management).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business language.
Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
