This is a temporary assignment covering an employee absence through 31 March 2027, with potential extension and an immediate / October start preferred. /ph3Job Description /h3ulliAct as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees on performance management, employee relations, talent management and organisational development. /liliSupport workforce planning activities, including recruitment, succession planning and capability building. /liliDrive talent development initiatives such as career planning, mobility, upskilling and reskilling programmes. /liliAdvise on complex employee relations matters, including performance issues, grievances, conflict resolution and long-term absence cases. /liliPromote employee engagement, well-being, diversity and inclusion initiatives. /liliAnalyse HR metrics and workforce trends to support data-driven decision making. /liliSupport recruitment and onboarding activities for designated business areas. /liliBuild strong stakeholder relationships and align HR priorities with business objectives. /li /ulh3The Successful Applicant /h3ulli6 to 10 years of HR experience gained within an international environment. /liliMinimum 3 to 4 years' experience as an HR Business Partner. /liliStrong knowledge of HR frameworks, policies and employment practices. /liliProven expertise in workforce planning, succession planning and talent development. /liliExperience handling sensitive employee relations matters and supporting managers through complex people challenges. /liliStrong analytical mindset with experience using HR data and metrics to inform decisions. /liliBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. /liliExcellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching and collaboration skills. /liliAbility to operate effectively across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. /li /ulh3What's on Offer /h3ulliInterim assignment with an internationally recognised organisation /liliHigh level of stakeholder exposure and business partnering responsibility /liliBroad scope across strategic and operational HR topics /liliCollaborative and multicultural working environment /liliOpportunity to contribute to workforce and talent initiatives with visible impact /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
