Senior Relationship - Business Development Officer

Peritus is looking to expand its Relationship and Business Development team.

We currently oversee $2.7bn of family wealth and $12bn of risk management monitoring.

The candidate will primarily support our family office investment consulting clients.

Client Support

1. Visit all clients regularly
2. Communicate with pro-activity and sensitivity to needs
3. Nurture and grow an intimate relationship with each client
4. Become a trusted advisor and protector of the families
5. Develop clients’ investment knowledge

Business Development

1. Visit key centres monthly to develop relationships
2. Pro-actively communicate with key relationships
3. Develop key markets

Investment - Client Communication

1. Design and send client investment proposals
2. Present at client meetings and events
3. Respond to investment related enquiries
4. Produce tailored quarterly reports

Functional Work

1. Maintain and enhance CRM Database
2. Actively contribute to business planning and company strategy

Minimum Requirements

1. Mother tongue command of written and spoken English
2. Relevant Investment Qualifications
3. Minimum five years business development and relationship manager experience

Compensation

1. Remuneration will comprise of a fixed salary CHF 100,000 - CHF 150,000 in line with the candidates’ experience
2. 25% revenue sharing on new business acquisition and retained clients
3. Participation in the companies share scheme
