What exactly you will do here:

• Shape and drive end-to-end sourcing and supplier management activities from supplier selection and negotiations through to contracting performance management and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies that create measurable business value and support Cembras strategic objectives.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across the business acting as a trusted advisor and delivering smart compliant and pragmatic procurement solutions.
• Build strong supplier relationships proactively managing performance risks and opportunities to ensure sustainable value creation.
• Leverage digital tools data analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize sourcing decisions supplier performance and procurement effectiveness.
  

What were looking for:

• Degree in Business Administration Economics Supply Chain Management Finance or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Strategic Sourcing Procurement Vendor Management or Category Management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset combined with a passion for leveraging data digitalization and AI to drive better outcomes.
• Fluent in German and English both written and spoken.
