ABACUS Payroll Consultant (DE speaking)

The Opportunity

Our client is a growing consulting firm working with mid-market and enterprise companies across Switzerland. They need an experienced ABACUS Payroll Consultant to lead payroll transformation projects for their clients.

In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for complex payroll implementations. You'll spend time understanding each client's specific payroll needs, designing solutions, overseeing the technical setup, and ensuring smooth transitions. You'll also conduct training sessions and troubleshoot issues as needed. Beyond projects, you'll work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and present solutions to prospects.

Your Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their payroll requirements and challenges
• Design and configure ABACUS payroll solutions tailored to client needs
• Lead implementation projects from planning through delivery
• Train clients and provide ongoing technical support
• Support business development by presenting solutions to new prospects

About You

• Several years of payroll administration or HR systems experience
• Hands-on knowledge of ABACUS Payroll
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable presenting to clients and explaining technical concepts clearly
• Fluent German language skills (required for client interactions)
