ppbVF Corporation /b is looking for an exceptionalb Senior Financial Analyst /b to join our The North Face FPA team, based in bStabio, Switzerland. /b /p pbLet’s talk about the role! /b /p pAs Senior FPA Analyst, you will support The North Face FPA activities across PL Planning and Forecasting, with a primary focus on sales and margin, helping the team to assess channel performance and trends to maximize revenue and profitability. /p pYou will gather Budget, Forecasts and Ops Risks data, to load into our reporting tool (BPC), while delivering ad hoc reports, as requested by Senior Management. /p pTo achieve these objectives, you will work closely with your FPA colleagues, as well as with other functions, including Planning, Sales and DTC, while reporting directly to the FPA Director. /p h3Primary Accountabilities: /h3 pYou will be expected to deliver strong results across the following FPA responsibilities: /p ul liManage financial planning and forecasting tools, ensuring consistency and accuracy of figures submitted to Corporate /li liEnsure actuals and forecasts are accurately loaded into the system /li liDrive forecasting accuracy excellence, by proactively analysing and reporting critical trends and dynamics, mainly within WHS channels and major accounts /li liMaintain alignment between financial and commercial expectations, to ensure sales, margin and inventory targets are achieved /li liSupport the SGA COE to deliver accurate profit analysis /li liEnsure that all requests are delivered accurately and on time, including BPC loading, store roll, key account details, revenue walk, margin bridge, category overviews, etc. /li liSupport the Budget and five-year rolling financial plan, partnering with Planning team, Merch and Operations /li /ul h3Skills For Success /h3 pYou will bring proven experience in controlling and financial planning, along with a strong analytical mindset: /p ul liMaster’s degree in finance or a related field /li li3+ years of relevant work experience with a proven track record in FPA roles /li liStrong financial acumen and understanding of the outdoor industry /li liExcellent organizational and time management skills, with a goal-oriented approach /li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to interact with non-finance stakeholders /li liAdvanced software skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, COGNOS and BPC (experience with AI tools is a plus) /li liFluent in English and preferably one additional EU language /li /ul pVF is a global apparel company connecting people to the lifestyles they cherish through our family of iconic brands.
