To strengthen our Credit solutions business in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a commercially minded and client-focused:
Credit Solutions Broker Zurich (f/m), 80-100%
Your Profile
Solid professional experience in trade credit insurance, with strong knowledge of products, underwriting principles and market practices
Several years of experience managing and advising a portfolio of mid-market and/or large corporate clients, ideally in a brokerage or insurance environment
Proven ability to manage the full client lifecycle: day-to-day relationship, portfolio monitoring, policy servicing, renewals and negotiations with insurers
Strong client orientation with the ability to build trust, influence decision makers and act as a long-term, strategic partner
High level of curiosity and willingness to understand different business models, industries and value chains in order to advise on working capital and balance sheet optimization
Dynamic, proactive and results-oriented personality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive topics independently
Structured and solution-driven way of working, able to prioritize, manage deadlines and handle multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Native German speaker, ideally fluent in Swiss German; very good command of English, both written and spoken; French is an asset
Key Responsibilities
Manage and further develop a portfolio of mid-market and large corporate clients in the field of trade credit insurance
Act as trusted advisor to CFOs, finance and risk managers on topics such as working capital management, credit risk transfer and balance sheet optimization
Lead the full policy lifecycle: structuring solutions, preparing tenders, negotiating terms and conditions with insurers, implementing programs and coordinating renewals
Proactively identify client needs, analyze business models and credit risk exposure, and translate insights into tailored credit insurance solutions
Monitor client portfolios and policy performance, ensuring high service quality, timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of coverage
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and other market partners to secure competitive and innovative solutions for clients
Contribute to business development by identifying cross- and up-selling opportunities and supporting client pitches and presentations
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated, value-adding solutions to clients
