ppWe are looking for a technically skilled professional with a strong background in systems administration and infrastructure operations to join our bWorkload Automation and Managed File Transfer (MFT) /b team. /p /brpThe role combines daily operational activities with engineering and project work. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of enterprise scheduling and file transfer platforms, while also contributing to upgrades, migrations, integrations, and technology evolution initiatives. /p /brpWorking closely with Infrastructure, Application, Security, and external vendor teams, the candidate will progressively take ownership of the managed platforms and related technical initiatives. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliManage and support enterprise Scheduling and Managed File Transfer platforms. /li /brliConfigure, monitor, and troubleshoot jobs, workflows, batch processes, and file transfer flows. /li /brliHandle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical support to internal teams. /li /brliAdminister secure communication technologies, including SFTP, HTTPS, SSH, TLS, certificates, and PGP/GPG. /li /brliDevelop automation solutions, scripts, and integrations to improve operational efficiency. /li /brliParticipate in platform upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new solutions. /li /brliMaintain technical documentation and support internal and external audits. /li /brliEnsure compliance with security standards and applicable regulatory requirements. /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliExperience in System Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, Automation, Middleware, or Application Support environments. /li /brliGood knowledge of Linux and Windows systems. /li /brliExperience with Workload Automation solutions (Automic/UC4, Control-M, IBM Workload Scheduler, or similar) and/or Managed File Transfer platforms (Primeur Data One, GoAnywhere, Axway, IBM Sterling, MOVEit, or equivalent). /li /brliKnowledge of secure file transfer and encryption technologies (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, SSH, TLS, PGP/GPG). /li /brliScripting experience with Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies. /li /brliStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. /li /brliUnderstanding of networking concepts and system integration principles. /li /br /ul /brpExperience with Broadcom Automic Automation (UC4), Primeur Data One, REST APIs, SQL, Jenkins, Ansible, Splunk, Dynatrace, Jira, and Confluence will be considered a plus. /p /brh3Personal Skills /h3 /brul /brliProactive and hands-on approach. /li /brliStrong ownership and accountability. /li /brliExcellent problem-solving capabilities. /li /brliGood communication and collaboration skills. /li /brliAttention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement. /li /brliProfessional proficiency in Italian and English /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
