Operations & Customer Support Coordinator
Operations & Customer Support Coordinator (60-80%)
Eaglenos is looking for a hands-on and well-organized Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to support our day-to-day activities in Horgen.
As part of a small Swiss team, you will take care of a broad range of local operational activities and help ensure that customer orders, devices, stock, documentation and everyday office processes run smoothly. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently and handling a variety of practical tasks.
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare customer orders for delivery.
Keep track of stock levels and reorder items when needed.
Maintain an organized storage and working area.
Prepare quotations and invoices and support routine administrative processes.
Prepare, check and update devices before shipment according to established procedures.
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate follow-up when required.
Depending on your background and experience, support product demonstrations and customer training.
Follow up on CH-REP activities and related documentation.
Support routine testing activities related to electrochemical sensors.
Take care of general day-to-day operational needs at the Horgen site.
Your Profile
Completed commercial, technical, scientific or similar vocational education.
Well organized, reliable and comfortable working independently.
Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills.
Hands-on and practical approach to day-to-day work.
Comfortable following established procedures and working with technical products.
Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
Good German and English.
Valid authorization to work in Switzerland.
Experience in Shipping and Logistics, customer service, administration, laboratory work or technical products is an advantage.
