The role enables business growth while helping manage legal and reputational risk, especially in relation to evolving digital capabilities, consumer engagement and multi-category activities /ppDomaine de responsabilités :Advise the business on consumer engagement strategies, brand initiatives, consumer research, electronic/mobile commerce, digital marketing, social media, influencers, brand partnerships, sponsorships and privacy-related implicationsReview and negotiate commercial agreements, including service agreements, partnership agreements, marketing agency agreements, sponsorship arrangements and consulting agreementsPartner closely with the Data Privacy Office on customer data, analytics and data governance mattersHelp embed appropriate governance frameworks into digital and consumer-facing activitiesMonitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions, including European Union consumer protection rules, distance selling, advertising standards, influencer marketing, Artificial Intelligence, technology, intellectual property, the European Union Digital Agenda and relevant social media platform rulesSupport complex commercial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and licensing deals when neededManage tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request /ppExpérience professionnelle :A qualified legal professional in good standing in at least one jurisdictionA candidate with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including in-house experience, ideally within consumer goodsA candidate with deep knowledge of privacy and data security laws and regulations /ppCompétences linguistiques et informatiques – lesquel niveau :A fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skillsA candidate avec deep knowledge of privacy and data security laws and regulations /ppCompétences comportementales :A highly organized professional able to drive matters forward and manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyA collaborative relationship-builder able to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization /pullibWork location /b 1202 Genève (GE) /lilibWorkload /b 100% /lilibEmployment start /b Immediately /lilibEmployment duration /b Permanent /li /ulullibWork experience /b More than 3 years /lilibEducation /b Master’s degree from a university or equivalent /li /ulullibEnglish /b Orally : Very good knowledge Written : Very good knowledge /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
