Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoroppContext /p pAs part of the development of next-generation satellite communication technologies, our client, a global leader in high-tech communications, is expanding its RD team based in the Lausanne area. /p pWe are looking for a bSenior Radio Frequency Engineer /b to contribute to the development of cutting-edge bKa-Band phased array antenna systems /b for aerospace applications. /p pYou will join a multidisciplinary engineering team working alongside system, hardware, software, and mechanical experts to design innovative RF solutions that meet demanding performance, reliability, and industrialization requirements. /p h3Tasks /h3 pYour Role /p pAs a bSenior Radio Frequency Engineer /b, you will take ownership of the RF development lifecycle for complex antenna subsystems. /p pFrom architecture definition to laboratory validation and production transfer, you will play a key role in designing highly reliable RF solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams. /p pYour Responsibilities /p pRF Design Architecture /p ul liDefine RF requirements and contribute to system architecture decisions. /li liPerform RF link budget analysis and technical trade-off studies. /li liDesign high-performance RF front-end circuits and modules for Ka-Band phased array antennas. /li /ul pDevelopment Validation /p ul liSimulate, prototype, test, and validate RF subsystems. /li liLead RF board and module bring-up, calibration, characterization, troubleshooting, and optimization. /li liPrepare comprehensive technical and manufacturing documentation. /li /ul pCross-Functional Collaboration /p ul liWork closely with System, Hardware, Mechanical, and Software Engineering teams. /li liParticipate in design reviews and technical decision-making. /li liSupport integration activities throughout the product development cycle. /li /ul pIndustrialization Quality /p ul liEnsure designs comply with Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Assembly (DFA), Test (DFT), and Maintenance principles. /li liSupport the transition from development to production. /li liContribute to continuous product improvement and resolution of field or manufacturing issues. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pYour Profile /p ul lipMaster's degree in RF Engineering, Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. /p /li lipb10+ years of experience /b in RF/Microwave engineering within demanding industries such as aerospace, telecommunications, defense, or space. /p /li lipStrong expertise in RF circuit design including LNAs, PAs, mixers, filters, phase shifters, attenuators, couplers, and T/R modules. /p /li lipProven experience with phased array antenna technologies and beamforming techniques. /p /li lipProficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools such as bHFSS /b, bCST /b, or equivalent, as well as circuit/system simulation tools like bKeysight ADS /b. /p /li lipSolid understanding of RF PCB design constraints and collaboration with PCB layout engineers. /p /li lipHands-on laboratory experience using Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Noise Figure Meters, and similar RF equipment. /p /li lipStrong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. /p /li lipExcellent communication skills in bEnglish /b, both written and spoken. /p /li /ul pNice to Have /p ul liExperience with MMIC design (GaAs, GaN). /li liKnowledge of Ka-Band SatCom technologies. /li liRF test automation and production test development. /li liExperience with aerospace certification and regulatory compliance. /li liFamiliarity with Altium Designer and SolidWorks collaborative environments. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liPosition Details : /li liLocation: Lausanne area, Switzerland /li liStart Date: Flexible /li liWork Model: Hybrid /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
