Acts as the primary IT partner to site leadership, ensuring alignment between business priorities and IT strategy, effective service delivery, and sustained compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities : /h3ulliEnd-to-end accountability: own end-to-end IT delivery and operations for assigned site(s), including quality, risk, compliance, business continuity (resilience, incident response and crisis management), cost control, and performance. /liliBusiness partnership: act as IT Business Partner to the Site Director and Site Leadership Team, representing IT in site governance and tiered accountability forums. /liliDigital strategy and roadmap: define, maintain, and deliver a site IT roadmap aligned with site priorities, QSCP strategy, enterprise standards, and cybersecurity requirements. /liliBusiness value: translate site requirements into clear demand for central IT, influencing prioritization, investment decisions, and delivery plans. /liliLeveraging shared services: partner with IT Shared Services and external providers to ensure services (local and global) meet site needs, agreed SLAs, cybersecurity controls, business continuity/disaster recovery requirements, and regulatory expectations. /liliTeam leadership: line-manage the site IT team, building capability through coaching, performance management, and targeted development. /liliCosts and investments: manage site IT operating and capital expenditure in line with approved budgets and governance models. /liliSeamless local/central integration: drive adoption of strategic global platforms and target architecture, while governing the boundary between local infrastructure/local components and global solutions to reduce complexity and ensure secure, compliant integration. /liliInspection readiness: ensure IT inspection readiness and represent the site during audits and inspections. /liliCompliance: lead by example in EHS, quality and other compliance, ensuring incidents, deviations, and CAPAs are managed appropriately. /li /ulh3Why you ? /h3ulliAssociate’s degree in computer science or related discipline /liliProven people management experience /liliMinimum five years in IT/digital /liliExperience in regulated manufacturing and OT /liliStrong stakeholder engagement /liliSolid analytical and project management skills. /liliUnderstanding of enterprise IT systems (e.g. SAP), Cybersecurity principles and Data and AI tools /liliStrong business acumen, cGMP and regulatory knowledge /liliAbility to operate in matrix environments /liliFluent English and French /liliProficiency in MS Office suite /li /ulpJob Posting End Datebr /ph3Equal Opportunities /h3pHaleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
