This high-impact role combines deep technical expertise with exceptional project management skills, focusing equally on transformational projects and operational excellence. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liOwn the infrastructure topics for SAP RISE-managed and internally-hosted SAP systems. /li liAct as the central technical contact for network and cloud connectivity, including SAP satellite systems, firewall management, certificate administration, and DNS configuration. /li liLead cross-functional infrastructure projects (e.g., migrations, integrations, system upgrades, cloud transitions). /li liManage incidents, monitor system health, and ensure security and performance across SAP infrastructure layers. /li liCollaborate with the SAP Basis team to design and deliver infrastructure solutions. /li liBuild effective relationships with Network, Cloud, Security, Identity, and Workplace teams to align technical solutions with business needs. /li liDrive automation initiatives and operational efficiency improvements. /li /ul h3What you bring who you are: /h3 ul li7+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or technical project management. /li liExpertise in managing on-premises and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure or equivalent hyperscalers). /li liStrong understanding of SAP systems operations, including SAP RISE and Basis administration. /li liProficiency in scripting and infrastructure automation (e.g., PowerShell, shell scripting). /li liExperience with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and managing infrastructure in regulated industries. /li liFluent in German and English (written and spoken). /li liValid Swiss PSP certification or willingness to obtain. /li /ul pEven if you don’t meet all the criteria, we encourage you to apply—we value diverse perspectives and skills. /p h3About the team: /h3 pYou’ll work with a collaborative, cross-functional team that thrives on innovation and operational excellence.
