Job Description:

Experience in Temenos Transact T24- Core Banking/Private Banking/ Wealth Management is must.

The QA Manager will be responsible for overall test delivery, quality governance, planning, stakeholder coordination, reporting, risk management, and ensuring that testing activities meet agreed project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

• Define and manage the overall test strategy, test plan, scope, schedule, entry/exit criteria, and test deliverables.
• Lead functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, UAT support, automation testing, defect management, and test closure activities.
• Coordinate with business, development, environment, data, automation, and release teams to ensure testing readiness and smooth execution.
• Establish test governance, quality gates, reporting cadence, escalation mechanisms, and stakeholder communication forums.
• Monitor progress against test execution, defect trends, automation coverage, environment readiness, test data readiness, and release quality metrics.
• Drive risk-based testing by prioritizing critical business processes, high-impact integrations, and frequently changed functionality.
• Review and approve test artefacts including test scenarios, test cases, traceability matrix, test summary reports, and closure reports.
• Manage team allocation, productivity, quality compliance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile, Scrum, defect lifecycle, test governance, and release readiness processes.
• Experience in managing large testing teams across functional, integration, regression, automation, and UAT support streams.
• Hands-on exposure to test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, Zephyr, or equivalent.
• Ability to prepare executive dashboards, quality metrics, test status reports, risk logs, and stakeholder updates.
• Banking, financial services, payments, lending, core banking, or enterprise transformation experience is preferred.
