Site Manager

We are looking for our next site manager for our Lausanne office.

Your main tasks will be:

• Establish the work schedule for the various trades
• Coordinate the activity of companies on site
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of deadlines
• Participate in site meetings, take minutes
• Carry out preparatory work such as SIA volume and surface calculations
• Ensure compliance with legal safety requirements on construction sites
• Manage financial follow-up
• Keep our partners and management informed of developments at all times

Profile:

• Training as a building draughtsman, site manager or HES/EPF architect
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Perfect command of computer tools (Office, Messerli, Archicad)
