A "Citizen Developer" Mentor at 80% (Permanent Contract)

From 1st October 2026

Digitalizers is an immersive training programme aimed at job seekers wishing to develop essential skills in a rapidly changing world of work. Through a 100% practical approach, participants develop their mastery of digital tools, notably artificial intelligence, current working methods, as well as essential human skills for their employability. Learning is built around concrete projects carried out in a collaborative and innovative environment. The programme relies on a team of specialised mentors, each an expert in their field, who support participants through interdisciplinary projects.

Your mission

You will support adults in professional transition with rigour, humanity, and impact, respecting huumyk's educational framework by developing their skills, professional attitude, and employability. You will design training pathways related to no-code application development, process automation, digital tool integration, and the creation of business solutions enhanced by artificial intelligence. Continuous improvement of content and quality measurement, in collaboration with the entire team, will also be part of your daily routine.

Your daily tasks

• Individually support participants in their progress, autonomy, and professional project
• Engage participants in practical cases related to process automation, no-code solution design, digital tool integration, and the application of artificial intelligence in their professional practices
• Observe progress, provide feedback, and adapt your support to each individual's needs
• Design and deliver training on low-code/no-code solutions, automation, data and dashboards, product management and UX, web development, cybersecurity, among other topics related to new technologies
• Collaborate with other mentors and internal teams to ensure a coherent and quality participant experience
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of content, tools, pedagogical practices, and overall organisation

Your profile

• You have experience in process automation, low-code/no-code solutions, and AI integration in business
• You understand the basics of software architecture, databases and SQL, as well as front-end and full-stack web development
• You use tools such as n8n, Cursor, GitHub, Figma, Power BI, Power Apps, Vercel, Supabase, Notion, and Lovable, or equivalent solutions
• Experience in training, coaching, or support is an asset, as is the FSEA 1 certification
• You reside in Switzerland, ideally in the canton of Neuchâtel
