We are looking for our client, a stable medium-sized organisation based in Neuchâtel, for a:

Manager in All-Branches Insurance for Businesses and Private Clients 80%-100%

Responsibilities :

• General handling of tasks related to various private and SME branches (household - liability - motor vehicle - 3rd pillar, etc.)
• Support to advisors and customer enquiries
  
• Administrative processing , recording and preparation of insurance documents ( quotes , subscriptions , guarantee declarations, renewals , etc.)

Profile :

• 35 - 55 years old
• Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee in insurance or an equivalent qualification
• 4-5 years minimum of professional experience as a manager in all branches within a general agency or at a broker
• Good command of common computer tools
• Stable person, trustworthy, customer-oriented , conscientious , serious and autonomous
