On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Project Manager in electrical installations (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for planning, organising, coordinating and controlling the sites, activities and objectives of the branch with your superior.
• You will be in charge of studying, calculating and negotiating offer and tender files.
• You will monitor technical developments and innovations in the fields of activity and make appropriate proposals.
• You will ensure the training, leadership, motivation and supervision of employees and apprentices.
• You will participate in the development of the branch according to the policy defined by management.
• In close contact with your clients, architects and state masters, you will be the key contact to identify their needs and respond with modern and innovative solutions.

Your profile:

• You are a leader with a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrical installer, ideally complemented by a federal diploma as an electrical safety advisor or electrical project manager.
• Autonomous and naturally endowed with leadership, you are motivated by efficiency and value creation.
• Your skills in project management and people management allow you to be particularly comfortable in planning, communication, management and team development functions.
