Warehouse Supervisor 100% (m/f/d)

We are looking for a committed, organised and solution-oriented person to strengthen our logistics team as a Warehouse Supervisor. Reporting directly to our Head of Logistics, this key position will allow you to actively contribute to the organisation and smooth running of our operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Personnel management: supervising teams, scheduling shifts, monitoring absences, evaluation, recruitment and integration of new employees.
• Administrative follow-up and management tools: monitoring working hours and badge system, managing schedules, correcting hours, handling emails, calls and daily issues.
• Logistics and operations: organising inventories, managing operational equipment, coordinating building works, managing workwear.
• Quality, hygiene and compliance: quality control (FiFo, cleanliness), compliance with HACCP standards, handling non-conformities, participating in complaints and returns, liaising with the quality department.
• Support for cross-functional processes: monitoring customs controls, managing invoices via ENAIO, supervising the implementation of the warehouse management system, managing the staff purchase list.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in logistics, ideally with management experience
• Organised, proactive and solution-oriented personality
• Proficiency with IT tools and time management systems
• Good communication skills and motivation to collaborate in a team
• Knowledge of quality management, HACCP processes and ERP systems is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German
• Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate reliability and flexibility
