About usSwitzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) is the official Swiss organization for export and investment promotion. With a unique global network, S-GE supports more than 5,500 Swiss companies every year in their international business and helps innovative foreign companies on their way to settling in Switzerland. In this respect, S-GE has acted on behalf of the Swiss Confederation and cantons since 1927 to ensure strength in the country's foreign trade and prosperity in Switzerland. As a private consulting and platform organization working on behalf of the Confederation and the cantons with around 200 employees and more than 3,000 partners worldwide, S-GE supports its customers with their international business development in more than 130 countries each year. S-GE has its own teams (Swiss Business Hubs, SBHs) in approximately 45 countries. The Swiss Business Hubs are integrated into the diplomatic missions of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA).
For our Zurich office, we are seeking for a maternity cover to start immediately or on a mutually agreed date till April 2027:
Digital Marketing Manager (maternity cover 80-100%)
Your DutiesAs a Digital Marketing Manager (maternity cover) you will lead our email marketing activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights while contributing to the strategic development of S-GE's service portfolio. A dual role for someone who combines hands-on digital marketing expertise with a consultative, customer-centric mindset. You'll work at the intersection of digital marketing, customer experience and service innovation, helping shape how S-GE engages with companies throughout their international growth journey. This includes:
Digital Marketing & Automation
  • Plan, execute and monitor email marketing campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and ensure timely, high-quality execution
  • Support campaign reporting and performance monitoring to enable data-driven decisions
  • Contribute to personalization initiatives and customer engagement activities
  • Support the management of Google Search and Google Ad Grants activities
  • Collaborate closely with Content, Website, Events and CRM teams to deliver integrated campaigns
Service Development
  • Analyse customer needs, customer journeys insights and market feedback to identify portfolio gaps and opportunities.
  • Support the development of new and existing services throughout their lifecycle.
  • Support go-to-market planning, positioning and pricing of new or enhanced services
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to implement service development initiatives

Your Profile
  • Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or a comparable customer engagement or lifecycle marketing solution
  • At least 3 years in digital marketing, CRM or lifecycle marketing; experience in service development or product management is a strong advantage
  • Digitally savvy, with hands-on experience in marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, CRM) and a genuine interest in AI, automation, and data-driven marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in campaign data and customer insights
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of ownership
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and collaborate effectively across teams and levels
  • Fluency in German (near-native level) and excellent command of English (C1), additional languages are a plus
  • Background in B2B marketing or consulting is an advantage
