Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:
This position represents a key role within the structure, as the true right-hand of the Director, with central managerial responsibility, shared only with the Management, in a human-sized organisation of about 15 people.
Permanent contract - 100% rate - Daytime hours.

Production Manager (Mechanical, 15p.)

• Federal Certificate of Capacity as a die maker, polymechanic or equivalent technical training
• Proven experience in stamping/pressing and good understanding of CNC machining, ideally turning
• Knowledge in manufacturing, maintenance and monitoring of tooling
• Experience in team management and leadership
• Field-oriented person, organised, capable of problem-solving and process improvement
• Management of the production plan and daily organisation of workshops
• Supervision and support of a team of 12-15 employees
• Management of stamping/pressing, CNC machining (turning) and inspection activities
• Operational right-hand role to management and monitoring of priorities
• Resolution of technical field issues and support to teams during start-ups
• Optimisation of flows, production methods and correction of malfunctions
• Management, monitoring and ordering of tooling necessary for production
• Monitoring quality, deadlines, safety and workshop performance
