• Organise and prepare photovoltaic sites
• Supervise and coordinate a team of installers
• Carry out and oversee the installation of photovoltaic panels on pitched and flat roofs
• Read and interpret plans and technical diagrams
• Manage equipment, supplies and site logistics
• Ensure the quality of installations before commissioning
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and working at height regulations

Profile Sought

• Proven experience as a photovoltaic team leader, solar installation supervisor or experienced photovoltaic installer
• Excellent knowledge of mounting systems and various types of roofing
• Ability to read plans and solve technical issues on site
• Knowledge of photovoltaic installations, DC wiring and grounding
• Leadership, organisational skills and autonomy
• Driving licence essential
