Business Process Excellence Director

Job Description

• Define and lead KVI’s global Business Process Excellence strategy, enabling scalable growth, operational efficiency and process standardisation.
• Develop and lead the Business Process Excellence function and play a key leadership role in KVI’s enterprise transformation programme.
• Develop and govern the Group-wide Global Processes framework, including standards, policies, decision rights and compliance.
• Ensure Master Data Management harmonization and readiness for integrations and process sustainability.
• Own the global process landscape, process maturity concept, KPI framework, and continuous improvement roadmap to deliver measurable business value.
• Lead and develop the Global Process Owner network, ensuring alignment across functions, regions and business units.
• Drive end-to-end process optimisation, Lean process re-engineering and post-merger integration process harmonization across the organisation.
• Prioritise and govern process, data and applications initiatives, in alignment with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Business Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, Process Governance, Integrated Management System, or Enterprise Transformation within a global organisation.
• Strong track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in Business Process Management, process re-engineering, Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, process architecture, KPIs and governance models.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, IFS or comparable enterprise systems.
• Practical experience in Master Data Management, data governance, stewardship and data quality management.
• Ability to bridge business and Process Management functions, translating strategic requirements into scalable processes, data and technology solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Information Systems or a related discipline; fluent English required.
