In dieser Rolle definieren und exekutieren Sie die kommerzielle Strategie und richten Produkt- und Serviceangebote an den Marktbedürfnissen in der Arzneimittelentwicklung, Diagnostik und Medizintechnik aus. Sie führen und skalieren ein leistungsstarkes Sales- und Business-Development-Team, bauen strategische Partnerschaften mit Pharma- und Biotech-Kunden auf und verantworten Marktzugangs- und Preisstrategien. Sie arbeiten eng mit F&E, Regulatorik und Medical Affairs an Produkteinführungen und Lifecycle-Management zusammen und stellen die Einhaltung der Vorgaben von Swissmedic und der EU-Regulatorik sicher.

CONFIDENTIAL — We are conducting a confidential search for a Life Sciences Commercial Director to lead the commercial strategy and revenue growth for a leading life sciences organisation. This is a high-impact, director-level opportunity based in Zurich on a hybrid model for a senior commercial leader who will own the full P&L, drive go-to-market execution, and scale key account relationships across pharma, biotech, and medtech clients in Switzerland and across European markets.

In this role, you will define and execute the commercial strategy, aligning product and service offerings with market needs across drug development, diagnostics, and medical devices. You will lead and scale a high-performing sales and business development team, cultivate strategic partnerships with pharma and biotech clients, and oversee market access and pricing strategies. You will partner with R&D, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to drive product launches and lifecycle management, and ensure compliance with Swissmedic and EU regulatory frameworks.
