Solution Architect - Supply Chain Planning

Job Description

On behalf of our client, a well-established, privately-owned international healthcare manufacturing group, we are looking for a Solution Architect - Supply Chain Planning.

As a Solution Architect, you will shape and continuously enhance our global supply chain planning solutions, bridging business needs and IT capabilities, with Kinaxis at the core.

The position is based in the Zurich area, on-site. This position is open for english speaker.

As Solution Architect, Supply Chain Planning, your responsibilities are the following :

• Owning end-to-end solution design for group-wide planning solutions, with a focus on Kinaxis
  
• Leading Kinaxis Maestro initiatives and project delivery
  
• Partnering with business process leads and super users to design, standardize, and optimize planning processes
  
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing change requests in daily operations
  
• Acting as the primary point of contact for super users and overseeing application support
  
• Managing and coordinating external consultants
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain planning consulting
  
• Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro
  
• Experience managing IT support operations and implementation projects
  
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
