The Manager, EMEA Regional Manager partners closely with site leaders, corporate functions, and external stakeholders to implement security strategies, manage risk, and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise‑wide security outcomes in a complex, international environment while supporting business continuity and employee wellbeing. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and execute the Global Security strategy across EMEA, aligned with enterprise standards and regional risk profiles. /li liAssess, mitigate, and manage physical security risks to employees, facilities, assets, and operations. /li liOversee incident management, investigations, and crisis response activities, including coordination with local authorities and emergency services. /li liPartner with Real Estate, Facilities Management, HR, Legal, and Business leaders to integrate security into site operations and projects. /li liManage third‑party security vendors and service providers, including performance, compliance, and cost controls. /li liEnsure compliance with company security policies, regulatory requirements, and regional laws across EMEA countries. /li liProvide security guidance for executive protection, travel risk management, and special events within the region. /li liAnalyze security trends and incidents to drive continuous improvement and proactive risk reduction. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required). /li liMaster’s degree or equivalent advanced education (preferred). /li /ul h3Experience and Skills /h3 h3Required: /h3 ul liTypically 6-8 years of progressive experience in corporate, regional, or enterprise security management, including multi‑country responsibility. /li liDemonstrated experience managing physical security programs, risk assessments, and incident response in a complex organization. /li liExperience partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams in an international environment. /li liStrong knowledge of security regulations, standards, and best practices applicable across EMEA. /li liProven vendor and contract management experience. /li /ul h3Preferred: /h3 ul liExperience supporting security operations within life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries. /li liPrior people leadership or matrix leadership experience. /li liExperience in crisis management planning and business continuity support. /li liFamiliarity with executive protection and travel risk management programs. /li liExperience working in or supporting Switzerland and broader EMEA markets. /li liStrong analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills. /li /ul h3Other: /h3 ul liLanguages: Fluency in English required; additional European languages (e.g., German or French) preferred. /li liTravel: Limited; up to ~30% international travel within EMEA. /li liCertifications: CPP, PSP, or similar security certifications (preferred). /li /ul pFor more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit /p pJohnson Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
