Do you want to work on impactful Direct Marketing in a dynamic environment, close to Marketing, and Sales teams?Join us for a 12-month internship within the Customer Value & Analytics team, working with the Customer Engagement Manager.Digital Customer Engagement TraineeWorkplace: Duration of internship: 12 monthsStart: February Your missionYou will support the design, execution and monitoring of Direct Marketing campaigns across the full campaign lifecycle.Content & production- Write content for newsletters and SMS- Improve and optimize existing customer content for new customer engagement- Create visual assets with Tools & Design with the team (FR/DE/IT/EN)Campaign execution & follow-up- Set up newsletters (structure, modules, content) in Tools- Set up A/B tests and suggest small marketing projects: contests, lead generation campaigns, etc.- Monitor newsletter KPIs to improve performance & special projects- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer journeys and the Direct Marketing plan- Follow trends in email marketing and customer engagement in the telecom sectorYour profile- You have a Bachelor/Master in Marketing, Business or a similar field- Excellent writing skills in French and English; German is a plus- A creative mindset and a strong interest in marketing copywriting- Good organizational skills and ease in managing tasks and stakeholders- Interest in CRM, Data and Direct Marketing campaigns- You are Swiss or European (EU) citizen- Bonus: familiarity with a newsletter tool (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.)What we offer- A dynamic environment where you will learn a lot in a short time- Direct collaboration with the Customer Engagement Manager and marketing teams- Real responsibilities from day one- Opportunity to build highly valued skills: marketing copywriting, newsletter execution, campaign management and data analysisHave you dreamed of having a job in a diverse and refreshing environment?
