pAre you looking for an opportunity to build your career while living in one of Europe's most vibrant capitals?br/p pJoin an international team in Athens and play an important role in creating a safer online environment for millions of users worldwide. As a French-Speaking Agent, you will contribute to content moderation, customer support, and the improvement of AI systems by helping ensure they operate safely, responsibly, and in line with established standards. /p pResponsibilitiesbr/p ulliReview and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and client policies. /liliInvestigate and take action on reports related to abuse, harassment, intellectual property violations, and other policy breaches. /liliProvide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform-related inquiries. /liliHelp improve the safety and reliability of AI systems by reviewing and classifying content, including sensitive or complex scenarios. /liliCreate high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance. /liliCollaborate with Trust Safety teams to investigate complex cases and contribute to policy improvements. /liliHandle sensitive content with professionalism, objectivity, and attention to detail. /li /ul pRequirementsbr/p ulliC1–C2 French. /liliB2 English (C1 may be required for certain specialized workflows). /lili1–2 years of experience in customer support, content moderation, BPO, or a related field is preferred. /liliFamiliarity with online culture, social media platforms, and internet trends. /liliValid work permit in Greece or EU citizenship required /li /ul pWhat We Offerbr/p ulliCompetitive salary.br/liliFood allowance. /liliCareer growth opportunities /liliComprehensive well-being support, including 24/7 access to counselors, scheduled and ad hoc well-being activities, and dedicated facilities for specific workflows. /liliRelocation support available /li /ul pCall to Actionbr/p pIf you are looking for a meaningful career where your work helps create safer online experiences and improves AI technologies used by millions of people worldwide, we would love to hear from you. /p pIf you are interested, please send your CV directly to: /p
