Architect, Project Management (80–100%)

ph3We are looking for an architect who enjoys continuing to build on the existing structure and who is responsible for the demanding transformation projects throughout all planning phases. In this role, you combine design conviction with constructive precision and lead complex construction projects in the inventory from strategic development to completion.br/bWhat to expect: /b /h3 pParticipation in studies, preliminary and construction projects in building existing structures with conversion, expansion, repurposing and transformation of existing structures. /p pResponsibility for conception, execution and detailed planning as well as the preparation of tender documents according to SIA standards. /p pProcessing of cost estimates, cost control (delta construction cost), scheduling and construction management. /p pProject management with project responsibility through all planning phases, from inventory analysis and strategic development to execution and acceptance. /p pA combination of design quality and constructive understanding. Precise interventions, strengthen existing substance, and move the stock to the next phase of use. /p pClose collaboration in a small, interdisciplinary team with direct exchange and short decision-making processes. /p pbWhat you bring: /b /p pCompleted university studies in architecture (ETH/FH) or an equivalent qualification, based on a sound basic structural education (draftswoman or draftsman EFZ specializing in architecture/building construction draftsman). /p pAt least 6 years of professional experience in Switzerland and in-depth knowledge of SIA standards (especially SIA 102 and SIA 118). /p pProven experience in building in existing structures, especially in conversions, extensions, repurposing and transformations. /p pAbility to read, evaluate and precisely develop existing building fabric. /p pHigh standards for design and construction, as well as genuine enthusiasm for architectural quality in the context of the existing building. /p pExcellent knowledge of Vectorworks 2026 (3D) as well as experience with Deltabaucost, Affinity Photo 2, Affinity Publisher 2 and Asana. /p pVery good German skills in spoken and written language (level C1) as well as good English skills (at least.
